Cultivate confidence, radical self-expression, empowered vocalization and authentic body movement. The Shamanic Cheerleaders draw upon their diverse cultural and spiritual influences, integrating yoga, jazz, modern, hip-hop and acrobatics, to create a unique and playful physical art form. Come immerse yourself in high-energy dance, improvisation, body percussion, inspirational cheers, simple acro-antics and cheer-tan, to liberate your inner cheerleader.

You will learn a few of our original cheers- like Warrior, Lighten-up and Hanuman-and have the chance to create your own as well! Expect to laugh, sweat and engage your entire expressive system in body, mind and voice!

Open to all levels, no cheerleading experience required.
